The Institute launched its training programme with the first online lecture on the topic of "Monument permits"
On Thursday, 9 November 2023, the first online lecture took place under the title "Listed buildings permission despite freedom from planning admission- legal basis, content, documents" (German: Denkmalrechtliche Erlaubnis trotz Baugenehmigungsfreiheit - rechtliche Grundlagen, Inhalt, Unterlagen), presented by guest speaker Nikolaus Bencker, who contributed his many years of experience as head of the Lower Monument Protection Authority and Building Regulations Authority of the City of Nuremberg, Bayern.
